Adult DBT Aftercare Group
Wednesdays 6:30-8:00 PM with Brenda Willis (Brenda@brooksidecounselors.com)
This group is perfect for individuals who have completed the full Dialectical Behavior Therapy program (DBT Skills Group) and want continued reinforcement of skills and support. This process group helps members to individualize interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation and coping skills learned in the DBT skills groups and to realize a very important step in their own healing by giving back through offering their insight and support to others in the group.
